2025 Accreditation Fees
With the İLAD Executive Board’s decision (07.01.2025, Decision No. 2025/01), the accreditation fees for the 2025-2026 period have been updated compared to the previous term.
During institutional visits for applicant programs, the transportation and accommodation expenses of the İLAD accreditation teams will be covered by the respective institution.
The deadline for higher education institutions offering communication programs to notify İLAD of their accreditation applications for 2025 is March 1, 2025.
The accreditation fees for each program under evaluation are detailed in the table below:

1. General Evaluation: Applies to programs being evaluated for the first time or to accredited programs undergoing their five-year periodic review.
2. Interim Evaluation: Applies to programs that have received two-year accreditation following a previous general evaluation.
3. Evidence Submission: Applies to programs that have received one-year accreditation following a previous interim evaluation.
Payment Schedule
For programs undergoing General or Interim Evaluation in the 2025-2026 period, the accreditation fees will be paid by institutions according to the following schedule:
– 20% of the total fee: Payable in March 2025, after İLAD reviews and approves the application.
– 40% of the total fee: Payable in August 2025, after the preliminary evaluation reports for self-evaluation reports are shared with institutions.
– 40% of the total fee: Payable in November-December 2025, following the on-site accreditation visit by the İLEDAK evaluation team.
Accreditation Schedule
– March 1, 2025: Deadline for higher education institutions offering communication programs to submit their accreditation applications to İLAD (Application forms must be sent to ilad@ilad.org.tr by this date. Applications will be processed in order of receipt, and a maximum of 30 programs will be evaluated in this accreditation period.)
– March 15, 2025: Deadline for İLAD to inform institutions about the programs eligible for general evaluation and to send related contract proposals.
– April 12, 2025: Deadline for institutions to approve and return contract proposals regarding accreditation applications.
– July 5, 2025: Deadline for institutions to submit their Self-Evaluation Reports (SERs) in digital format to İLAD.
– August 9, 2025: Deadline for İLAD to inform institutions about deficiencies identified in the preliminary review of self-evaluation reports.
– November 1, 2025: Deadline for notifying institutions about the assigned İLEDAK evaluation teams.
-November – December 2025: Period for on-site visits conducted by evaluation teams.
Higher education institutions offering undergraduate communication programs are requested to submit their applications in accordance with the above guidelines.
