40 faculty members from Selçuk University Faculty of Communication and Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Faculty of Communication participated in the 21st Institution Information Workshop of İLAD.
In the meeting held on Friday, November 08, 2024, the practices and evaluation process carried out by İLEDAK during the accreditation process were explained.
İLAD President Prof. Dr. Aysel Aziz, İLEDAK President Prof. Dr. Recep Tayfun and İLEDAK member Prof. Dr. Deniz Yengin stated the stages of the evaluation process, made presentations on İLAD criteria and emphasized the need to prove the work done in the implementation of İLAD criteria.
Upon the request of Selçuk University Faculty of Communication Dean Prof. Dr. Vedat Çakır and Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Faculty of Communication Acting Dean Prof. Dr. Hatice Aydın, information was provided regarding the evaluation and accreditation process for the programs of the faculties that have started their studies for İLAD accreditation.
In the workshop, where information was provided about ILAD’s basic criteria, communication field and program-specific criteria and practices, faculty members’ questions about the process were also answered.
