The ILAD Communication Research Association has granted accreditation to a total of 12 programs offered by 7 universities.

The ILAD Communication Research Association has granted accreditation to a total of 12 programs offered by 7 universities.

Among these programs, one has been accredited for a duration of 5 years, while the remaining 11 programs have received accreditation for a period of 2 years.

In 2022, the undergraduate communication programs of Akdeniz, Sakarya, İnönü, Üsküdar, İstanbul Medipol, Konya Karatay, and Kastamonu Universities submitted their applications to the ILAD Communication Research Association for evaluation. Subsequently, these programs underwent thorough assessments, leading to their accreditation by ILAD.

Specifically, the Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication has been granted a 5-year accreditation for its Visual Communication Design Program and a 2-year accreditation for its Advertising Program. Additionally, the Akdeniz University Faculty of Communication's Radio, Television, and Cinema Program has received a 2-year accreditation.

The Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, and Communication Design programs offered by the Faculty of Communication at Sakarya University have a duration of two years each.
Similarly, the Public Relations and Publicity Program at İnönü University's Faculty of Communication also spans a period of two years.
Kastamonu University's Faculty of Communication offers a two-year program in Radio, Television, and Cinema.

Istanbul Medipol University's Faculty of Communication offers two-year programs in Radio, Television, Cinema, Public Relations, Advertising, Media, and Visual Arts.
Additionally, the Graphic Design Program at KTO Karatay University's Faculty of Fine Arts and Design has received accreditation for a duration of two years.
Accreditation decisions for these programs were reached following visits, consistency reviews, and general evaluations conducted by teams from the ILEDAK (Communication Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board).The ILAD Board of Directors approved these decisions during their meeting on 10.03.2023. The accreditation details of these programs have been published on the YÖKAK website and will be announced in the Higher Education Examination Guide.



Higher Education Quality Council Turkey (YÖKAK) authorized ILAD Communication Research Association to accredit higher education programs in the field of communication.
